The United States Secret Service swiftly evacuated U.S. President Donald Trump from the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday night after reports of gunshots triggered panic at the high-profile event in Washington, D.C.
Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred shortly after the president arrived at the venue, sending guests and officials into confusion as security agents moved rapidly to secure the area.
