Reality TV star and entrepreneur Kylie Jenner is facing a lawsuit filed by a former housekeeper alleging harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination during her time working at Jenner’s residence.
The plaintiff, Angelica Vazquez, filed the suit on April 17 against Jenner and two companies, Tri Star Services and Maison Family Services, detailing her employment from September 2024 to August 2025.
According to court documents, Vazquez claims she was subjected to a hostile work environment from the outset, alleging she experienced exclusion and mistreatment throughout her tenure at Jenner’s Hidden Hills home. While Jenner is listed as a defendant in the case, the filing does not directly accuse her of personal misconduct.
The lawsuit alleges that Vazquez endured “severe and pervasive harassment” from colleagues and a supervising housekeeper. She claims she was consistently assigned the most difficult tasks, excluded from team activities, and publicly humiliated in front of co-workers based on her race, national origin, and religion.
Vazquez further alleges that her complaints to management were ignored or dismissed, and that no corrective action was taken. The situation, she claims, escalated in March 2025 when a supervisor allegedly threw hangers at her feet during a confrontation.
As a result of the alleged treatment, Vazquez says she suffered anxiety, severe stress, and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder. She also claims she experienced financial losses linked to the situation.
The complaint states that Vazquez took medical leave in July 2025 and later resigned in August, describing her working conditions as intolerable.
The case is expected to proceed in court, where the allegations will be examined. Representatives for Jenner have not publicly commented on the lawsuit at the time of filing.
