Kwara Governor Urges Youth Group to Mobilize Support for Tinubu and APC Candidates

Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has urged the leadership of Renewed Hope Youth Engagement to mobilize supporters across the state’s 16 local government areas ahead of the 2027 elections.

Speaking through Deputy Governor Kayode Alabi at the inauguration of the group’s Kwara chapter in Ilorin, AbdulRazaq called for grassroots engagement and peaceful political participation in support of President Bola Tinubu and other All Progressives Congress candidates.

He said the party intended to communicate its record and policy priorities to voters while strengthening unity among members and supporters. The governor also described young people as important partners in governance and community development.

The group’s state coordinator, Nafisat Buge, said the chapter would build on existing structures to increase youth participation in political activities. APC State Chairman Sunday Fagbemi congratulated the new leadership and expressed confidence in the party’s mobilization plans.

The statements reflect the party’s electoral objectives rather than projections of confirmed voting outcomes.
