Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has congratulated Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, on his re-election, while commending voters in the state for standing by their choice at the polls.
Akpoti-Uduaghan praised the people of Osun State for exercising their democratic rights and defending their mandate during Saturday’s governorship election.
She also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for allowing the election to proceed without interference, describing the development as a positive step for Nigeria’s democratic process.
The senator said the outcome of the election demonstrated the importance of respecting the will of the electorate and allowing voters to freely choose their leaders.
