Mutfwang Highlights Achievements as Plateau Administration Marks Three Years in Office

Governor Caleb Mutfwang of Plateau State has reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to building a peaceful, prosperous and united state as he reflected on three years in office.

In a message to residents, Mutfwang expressed gratitude to the people of Plateau State for the mandate entrusted to his administration, noting that significant progress had been made despite ongoing challenges.

The governor said his government had recorded achievements in several key sectors, including security, workers’ welfare, revenue generation, agriculture, mining, tourism, healthcare, education and infrastructure development.

According to him, the administration has strengthened security coordination across the state, improved the welfare of workers, expanded internally generated revenue and created new opportunities for young people.

Mutfwang stated that the gains recorded over the past three years were part of efforts to restore hope, rebuild public trust and place Plateau on the path of sustainable development.

He stressed that democracy goes beyond the conduct of elections, describing it as a system rooted in service, accountability and the collective resolve to improve the lives of citizens.

“Every step we have taken has been guided by the belief that Plateau can be peaceful, prosperous and united,” the governor said.

He thanked residents for their continued support and confidence in his administration, assuring them that his government would remain focused on delivering the dividends of democracy and advancing development across the state.

Mutfwang expressed optimism about the future of Plateau State, stating that the administration would continue to pursue policies and programmes aimed at improving the wellbeing of citizens and creating a more inclusive and prosperous society.

“The journey continues. The future is bright. The time is now,” he added.
