African Democratic Congress presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has raised concerns about the technology supporting the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System ahead of the Osun governorship election.
Atiku referred to comments by an Independent National Electoral Commission official indicating that BVAS devices were running on Android version 10.
