In a statement by Corporate Affairs head Ginikanwa Frank-Durugbor, the company said the rebrand reflected its growth as a major building solutions provider blending local roots with broader industrial ties, and stressed that staff, customers and shareholders would see no disruption.
Group Managing Director Lolu Alade-Akinyemi said the new name marked a forward looking chapter shaped by operational excellence, innovation and sustainability, while insisting the company’s commitment to Nigeria stood firm. The switch, he added, would be rolled out in phases across its operations.
Chairman Gbenga Oyebode said the change was meant to set the company up for lasting success without abandoning the values built over decades, and voiced confidence it would keep creating value for shareholders. Works Minister David Umahi praised the firm’s record on national infrastructure and described its products as impeccable. Among those at the unveiling were Cross River Deputy Governor Peter Odey and representatives of the Lagos and Ogun State governors
