Tunji-Ojo Support Network Expands Grassroots Mobilisation in Ondo

A political support group operating under the banner of Interior Minister Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo has concluded an extensive ward-by-ward mobilisation campaign across Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State, drawing thousands of All Progressives Congress faithful, grassroots supporters, and community stakeholders in a sustained effort to consolidate political support for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The tour, organized by the Bunmi Tunji-Ojo for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Support Group, concluded with a grand finale event that reflected strong grassroots enthusiasm for the Renewed Hope Agenda, with organizers’ arguing that sustained backing for the Tinubu administration represented the clearest path to accelerated national development.

Coordinator of the BTO Ambassadors in the local government, Idowu Aiyegbusi, described the mobilisation as part of a broader effort to deepen grassroots political engagement and strengthen the minister’s political network in his home state. He argued that sustained public support for the president would translate directly into expanded development opportunities across the country.

Director General of the support group, Adojutelegan Adesuyi, charged residents to remain committed to the president while emphasizing voter preparedness as an equally critical dimension of political participation. He called on eligible voters to verify the validity of their Permanent Voter Cards and encouraged young Nigerians of voting age to register and actively participate in the democratic process, describing civic engagement as the foundation of meaningful political change.

APC Chairman in Akoko North West, Kehinde Obanla, commended Tunji-Ojo for his record of service across both his legislative and executive tenures, urging party members to remain loyal to the APC and work toward delivering strong electoral results in forthcoming contests.
