High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has donated campaign vehicles to coordinators of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement across the 34 local government areas of Katsina State, as political mobilisation intensifies ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The vehicles were presented to strengthen the group’s grassroots mobilisation and campaign activities in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s bid for re-election in the state.
Tompolo was represented at the inauguration and vehicle handover ceremony in Katsina by the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services, High Chief (Engr.) Kestin Ebimorbowe Pondi, PhD.
Speaking at the event, Pondi conveyed Tompolo’s commitment to deepening grassroots political engagement and providing the movement’s coordinators with the resources required to effectively mobilise support across the state.
He said the donation was intended to enhance the operational capacity of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement and facilitate greater outreach to communities across Katsina’s 34 local government areas.
The initiative is expected to enable coordinators to move more efficiently across the state as they intensify door-to-door campaigns and other grassroots engagement activities ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The development comes amid growing political activities by groups backing President Tinubu, with supporters and political organisations across the country increasingly stepping up mobilisation efforts ahead of the elections.
The donation further underscores the expanding grassroots campaign structures being established by supporters of the President as the 2027 political season gradually gathers momentum.
